Travel Security Advisory

Coverage that follows the principal. Our Travel Security Advisory line is built for movements that pass through elevated-risk environments — itinerary risk assessment, executive protection in transit, secure ground transport, and pre-travel briefings that put the right information in front of the right person at the right moment.

What is included

Three workstreams, end to end

Each engagement is scoped as one or more of these workstreams. The bundle is sized to threat profile, principal count, and movement cadence — not a generic duty-of-care template.

01 / Itinerary risk assessment
Itinerary risk assessment

Country and city-level threat review tied to the actual route — origin, transit hubs, lodging, meeting sites, and contingency corridors. Output is a per-leg risk register with posture adjustments the principal can act on before wheels-up.

02 / Executive protection in transit
Executive protection in transit

Close protection teams structured around the itinerary — advance-party work, route and alternate-route selection, comms discipline, and liaison with local responders. Staffed by operators who have run movements in the geography, not deployed from a roster.

Delivery

How briefings reach the principal

Briefings are pushed on two channels tuned to where the principal is in the timeline — pre-departure for the durable packet, and on-the-day for the live adjustment.

Pre-travel briefings

A written packet delivered ahead of wheels-up — country posture summary, route-level threat notes, comms and emergency plan, medical and evacuation references, and contact roster for in-country responders. Designed for the principal and the lead of advance to read before they leave.

In-transit updates

A live channel for the day-of — situation updates at key waypoints, route holds or reroutes triggered by incident, and reach-back to the operations cell. Calibrated to the principal’s comms discipline so it never adds noise to an already full day.
