These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and, together with any engagement letter or contract we enter into with you, the supply of international security consulting services by Speculatores Group International Security Consulting ("Speculatores Group", "we", "our").
Speculatores Group provides international security consulting. Our core service domains are: Operator Placement, Security Managers, Security Audits, Travel Security Advisory, Security Reports, Experienced Instructors, and Strategic Consulting. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in the engagement letter or contract agreed between Speculatores Group and the client.
Nothing on this website, and nothing communicated through it or in any brief, report, or advisory note we provide, constitutes legal, medical, or operational advice. Our consulting services are advisory in nature. The responsibility for operational, legal, or medical decisions remains with the client at all times.
Each party undertakes to keep confidential all information received from the other party that is identified as confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential, and to use such information solely for the purpose of performing the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement for a period of five (5) years, or for so long as the relevant information remains a trade secret, whichever is longer.
To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any engagement shall be limited to the fees actually paid by the client to Speculatores Group in respect of the engagement during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall Speculatores Group be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, revenue, business, or opportunity, regardless of the form of action and even if Speculatores Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms of Service are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or any engagement governed by them shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
